bba , safe? or shady?

von espresso_maniacRang 3 — StammgastStammgastvor 8 Tagen155 Aufrufe(bearbeitet)

I posted in the general chat and someone told me to make a post so here it is. yesterday while researching bba on Stairway to gray I found some comments saying it is a bit of a shady company since.

  • the admin of STG(stairwaytogray) said this: "BBA is a fake vendor made by Akuma , A front for Oupeptides, and one that has had many issues"

  • another user: "I don't think it is fair to call them a straight up scam. I think people who buy from them get what they buy, so it's not a scam in my opinion.

But it IS a scummy "company." It's not a real company. There's a company called OU that tries to get in everywhere they can under different company names.

Here's the really short version of the situation with them:

BBA didn't exist. SSA was a very big and very well known vendor of peps and other stuff. They had several US based mods helping in their channel. Last September, three vendors, SSA, SRY, and JP all disappeared at the same time. It's likely they got raided. The minute people figured out that is what happened, one of the mods for SSA, Akuma Rift completely fucked over the vendor who trusted him and the community by banning all of the other SSA mods, making him the only person who had control of the giant SSA channel with 30,000 people, and contracted with OU to set up an SSA clone that they named BBA (get it, SSA, BBA? Very clever). He changed the name of the SSA channel to BBA and started shilling hard for them. Dude was an opportunist who took the first chance he got to steal 30,000 customers from one vendor and give them to a competing vendor.

Knowing OU is shady and seeing them do something so shady, I'll never support them."

  • and in STG spreadsheet recommendation of vendors ssa (bba now) is deleted with this comment: ""WARNING ⚠️ Sales Reps gone silent and not responding to customers (confirmed 3 days since Sept 13th 2025) !!!! Carried everything.

Known for mass sockpuppeting fake reviews. Alleged to have over 30 fake accounts.

Prolific issue with imposter scammer accounts DMing recent discord server joiners. ALWAYS verify the contact info and crypto wallet ID before paying. And do not purchase from any unsolicited DMs even if they appear to be a sales rep!

Feb 2025 Lipo-C likely red dye added""

one last thought: they run under different vendor names: their inventory numbers are the exact same as homopeptide, alan-hkms and lejian-lg.

i think this explains it alot better than i can.

That’s quite a wild story. Thanks so much for sharing. If that’s true, that would be pretty rough. It’s a highly competitive gray market where a lot of money is at stake, which is why I almost suspect the story might be true. If you look at Finnrick, most of the bad COA reports are from that mentioned period, which would certainly fit the narrative. One user here has also repeatedly criticized BBA regarding 2025. At the end of the day, as a customer, I don’t really care where my peptides originate. The main thing is that the quality is solid. Right now, I can’t say anything negative about BBA, so I would still recommend them for now.

Thanks for sharing. That's exactly what needs to be discussed and viewed by everybody so everyone can make the best informed decision possible. There will always be a risk associated nonetheless.

That said I would still order from them since I had a good experience with my first order and in the end I have absolutely no information what's happening with other vendors behind the scenes. But I would understand every first time grey market buyer to not use BBA considering the information shared here.

Absolutely. But I see a problem. The others all have issues, without exception. Especially when it comes to quality or the extremely overpriced prices. If, in the end, everything comes from the same three factories anyway, I would always go for the better price combined with quality and reliable shipping.

problem is lack of group testing for me personally. There is almost no group testing on bba. whereas from other vendors, there is. big advantage with bba i guess is that their eu warehouse has a lot of things. so the customs risk is out of the window.

I’ve been really lucky recently. The very items I ordered from China were tested by the “BBA Testing Group”. We had our older orders tested ourselves. But that’s only really worth it for large orders. BBA could do a lot more in this area.

Yes, there are COAs there that are put together by the group. But I don't know who organizes them either.
